How much are tickets and when will they go on sale? Tickets are on sale now. Tickets are $300 before Dec. 31st and $325 after Jan. 1st.
Are scholarships available and can I get credit for my course at school? No scholarships will be available. We can give a letter of attendance for Continuing Education Hours.
What time should I arrive? We welcome you to tour The Clay Lady’s Campus Friday 3:00-5:00. Opening Reception and Registration begins at 5:00.

What meals are included?
The Clay Lady’s Campus Co-op Artists will cater the event; providing food for both receptions, both mornings hot beverages, morning snacks of breads and fruits, Saturday lunch of BBQ and sides, Sunday lunch of soup and sandwiches, as well as fruit, wholesome snacks and beverages throughout the day. We have provided food for most of our events with great reviews! Vegetarian and Gluten Free options will be available.

What will the class size be and what are the classrooms like? We will have a limited registration of 100. Each studio holds 60 participants comfortably for a total of 120.

The Clay Lady’s Campus Includes:
The Clay Lady’s Studio is a 3,000 square foot studio attached to Mid-South Ceramic Supply: 2,000 square feet are fully equipped with 22 wheels, slabrollers, extruder, 6 large electric kilns, shelving, all tools and small equipment needed by clay artists for both wheel and handbuilding. As well as a 1000 square foot classroom with seating for 50 with tables or 70 without tables. These studios can be opened as one or divided.
The Artist Co-op & Galleries is a 10,000 square foot building that is separated from the studio by a courtyard with tables, large deck, 2 gas kilns and a beautiful waterfall filled with Koi Fish. Not only filled with 25 private studio spaces for artists and three large galleries, there is also an event room with kitchen. This facility is able to provide gallery display, pottery exchange area, and plenty of space to for food for Friday reception, morning coffee, snacks and lunches both days.
Mid-South Ceramic Supply Company is a Retail Shop with a 10,000 square foot warehouse. MSC will provide all supplies, tools and equipment each presenter will need for their workshop. There is also clean warehouse space for additional vendor presentation area.
The third building on our campus, Studio B is an 8,000 square foot building that hosts 20 private studio spaces as well as a 2,000 square foot teaching studio.
Note: All these enterprises operate as one business and are connected with plenty of parking space.

The Parthenon & Centennial Park
The Parthenon, owned and operated by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County’s Parks and Recreation Department, is the city of Nashville’s longest-lived art museum. Opened as an art museum in 1931, its galleries are the home of the distinguished Cowan Collection of American art, and feature several temporary exhibitions per year. The galleries are housed on the lower level of the Parthenon, the world’s only full-scale replica of the fifth-century BCE temple in Athens, Greece.

Centennial Park is Nashville’s premier park. Located on West End and 25th Avenue North, the 132-acre features: the iconic Parthenon, a one-mile walking trail, Lake Watauga, the Centennial

an events shelter, sand volleyball courts, two dog parks, and an exercise trail. Thousands of

Cheekwood boasts amazing outdoor gardens and space to explore as well as several art galleries and installation spaces indoor and throughout the gardens.
Cheekwood is approximately 8 1/2 miles southwest of downtown Nashville and is adjacent to the Percy Warner Park and Golf Course on Forrest Park Drive.
There is always something happening in Cheekwood’s Botanical Gardens. From the Robertson Ellis Color Garden bursting with season displays of colorful annuals, to the formal Martin Boxwood Garden, visitors can walk through the 55 acres and discover different styles and periods of gardens and study a wide selection of plants that can be grown in Middle Tennessee.
